The company is an independent, family-owned business based in Leonding that has specialized in the production of starter batteries, industrial batteries, and backup power systems since 1937. During our visit, we gained a deeper understanding of the values that guide their operations. Above all, they emphasize quality, development, and responsibility. One of the most interesting parts of the program was the tour of the battery factory, where we were able to see the entire production process—from start to finish. This experience allowed us to better understand how the high-quality energy solutions for which Banner GmbH – Banner Batterien is renowned are created. The trip was not only an opportunity to gain new knowledge, but also to strengthen team bonds and exchange experiences.
